PVC wraparound hip skirt

A dark fusion wraparound hipskirt made with black sculpted stretch pvc and featuring a mixed black fabrics hemline. Fastens with  velcro and a cute diamanté buckle. Shown on mannequin sized 12 - 14 which is probably the best fit.
